East Deering Fire Station

On July 14, 1996 Engine Co. 11 was assigned this Freightliner / Ferrara FLD 112 commercial chassis 4-door cab 1,250gpm pumper, with a 1,000 gallon tank. By November of 1999 it would be replaced with a Pierce Saber. The Ferrara would be nicknamed "The Beast From The East".

Please be advised: Due to utility relocations on and adjacent to the site, there will be a planned outage of Spectrum internet service affecting East Deering Neighborhood customers on the streets of Kensington, Berwick, Windsor Terrace, Lennox, Kendall, Chester, Watson, and Island.
