An essential part of this vision is to influence conscious and responsible consumption of craft products, and to also demonstrate the feasibility of environmental sustainability in an effort to advocate for the generations to come. "Arbella" takes its name from the flagship Arbella of pilgrim John Winthrop's fleet which in 1630 sailed into a Massachusetts colony with 10,000 gallons of beer to save the starving settlers.
