The Tin Shed is for lovers. Lovers like Sean and his pet yam, Gertrude. Sean is so proud. We love Sean, and we especially appreciate Sean’s attention to quality as our most senior prep cook… we couldn’t do this nearly as excellently without him, and without the almost 30 employees here that bring it every single day.
