The Tin Shed is for lovers. Lovers like Sean and his pet yam, Gertrude. Sean is so proud. We love Sean, and we especially appreciate Sean’s attention to quality as our most senior prep cook… we couldn’t do this nearly as excellently without him, and without the almost 30 employees here that bring it every single day. Bryan, much like the rest of us at Tin Shed, has got an UNCONTROLLABLE URGE to serve the community. The Tin Shed has once again been fortunate enough to have been nominated for Willamette Week’s “Best of Portland” (an incredible honor). It’s thanks to people like Ashley, Veronika (recently departed), and the rest of our amazing staff, all of whom bring this infectious energy to their tasks every single day.
