Taking Ownership PDX

Taking Ownership is honored to be acknowledged inside the National Civil Rights Museum of Memphis' newly reimagined Legacy Experience at the Lorraine Hotel, as part of the Housing Pillar of Justice.

Here is a quick recap of our trip to Memphis, TN where we mingled with other honorees and museum staff at the VIP opening, and brought out family and friends to explore the exhibits during the public reopening on May 16th!

It is such a powerful museum that truly captures the historical and present experiences of civil rights movements across the nation, and shows how those rights are continuing to be fought for today. We highly recommend visiting!
