The Recovery Gym

open house was a huge success! We were setup out back with an echo bike running a contest for the most calories in :30 seconds! Top number won 2 raffle tickets for the grand prize of a 6 top dinner

Shoutout Tim who crushed it with 30 calories! We had a ton of people that participated executive directors, program coordinators, members of the gym & community! It was so much fun!

Highlight of the day; We were working on stringing bar muscle ups together! putting in the work & killing the game!
