Watch the new film "Trash Baby" tonight — May 28 — at 6:30 p.m. at a special limited ticket online screening. "Trash Baby" was just screened in 12 film festivals and earned 9 film industry awards including Actress Esther Harrison winning "Best Actress" at the Carmel International Film Festival last October.

Harrison is a Portland-area native and the movie plot follows her character Stevie in the summer of 2003 as a 12-year-old girl in an Oregon trailer park who is "in" with the older cool girl next door — and gets pulled into a world of boys, booze, and growing up too fast.

The online event tonight will also feature a filmmaker Question and Answer forum. The movie was directed and written by Jacy Mairs and stars Harrison alongside Chloe Kramer as Edie, and Eddie Wollrabe as Brad.
