✨ Big News from Bravo Maine! ✨
We’re so excited to share that starting in November, Chef Patrick Aden, our talented head chef at Bravo for almost 2 years, will be taking over as the new owner of Bravo Maine! 🎉
As for me (Justine), I’ll be heading into a new adventure with my family , while passing the torch to Patrick and the incredible team who make Bravo such a fun and special place.

Our November classes ARE RELEASED NOW ! Chef Patrick is introducing some exciting new themes, like:

🥞 Sunday Brunch & Dinner
…along with your all-time favorites: Beef Wellington, Carbonara, and even a special Thanksgiving class! 🦃
