Wake up with gratitude
Drink your water
Say your affirmations
STOP SETTLING
Keep your priorities high and your squats low
Work hard
Dance
Stop taking everything so seriously
And work on your pull-ups duh


Life can have its way of knocking you down but it’s up to you to stay in that pile of s**t you were left in or
Get TF up
Grab the damn pen and

The more extreme the approach, the less sustainable the results

In 7 years of lifting I have never Worked out more than 4-5 days a week Cut out complete food groups or followed a fad diet Done more than 20-30 minutes or so of cardio Measured my food on a scale Resorted to other extreme measures such as detoxes or fat burners

⚡️What I have done is created consistency with healing foods I enjoy, science backed workouts to train smarter not harder, and most importantly focused on the progress and process of loving my body, mind, and spirit

If you follow my stories you know I’ve had a small hiatus in lifting lately for about 3876 reasons

But it aint no thang because to me fitness is not a sprint with a finish line, it’s just my lifestyle day in and day out.
And I’m very very thankful to have created that 🌈
