Jenna Klein Jonsson is the Principal and Managing Director of Blaze Partners, a 100% employee owned and B Corp Certified advertising agency based in Falmouth, Maine. Prior to co-founding Blaze, Jenna spent 15 years at L.L.Bean where she held a variety of executive-level roles including Director of Communications Strategy and Creative Director and Managing Editor. She began her career at Ski and Skiing Magazine in Boulder Colorado. In her spare time, you will find her skiing and biking with her family in Maine.

Alison Huyett is the Senior Strategist for Brand Impact at Patagonia, where she leads global environmental and social initiatives that integrate sustainability strategy, advocacy, philanthropy, and impact storytelling across the business. During her ten years at Patagonia, Alison has spearheaded multi-year advocacy campaigns, forged durable partnerships with communities and NGOs, and helped shape company-wide strategies that deliver measurable outcomes for people and the planet. Prior to Patagonia, Alison worked with grassroots environmental organizations in the Intermountain West and Pacific Northwest advancing place-based conservation. Outside of the office, you can find her riding bikes, running trails, or chasing her four-year old around Ventura.

ClimateWork Maine is pleased to welcome Tripp Harrison, President and CEO of Goodwill Northern New England, to its Board of Directors.

Tripp leads a mission-driven organization focused on workforce development, community impact, and environmental stewardship. Under his leadership, Goodwill diverts more than 60 million pounds of donated goods from landfills each year through a circular economy model of reuse, recycling, and reinvestment. The organization has also expanded environmentally responsible practices, including emissions reductions, solar energy adoption, and waste reduction initiatives.

Tripp brings extensive leadership experience from both the nonprofit and hospitality sectors, along with a deep commitment to building resilient communities and advancing sustainable solutions that benefit both people and the planet. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University and an MBA from Kansas State University.
