El Malo is a Portland Maine based musical group specializing in Latin dance music blended in many styles(salsa, hiphop, funk, metal..), and progressive rock influences with fresh tributes to classic artists and energetic/dance original materials; "SalsaCore". We "bring the party" to any event with a lineup featuring: drum kit/Latin percussion, guitar, bass, keys, horns and have played several venues through out (Me, NH, VT) including residency in Portland.
