Do these 3 things from day one of your business (or day now!) to make sure you are protected if your business is ever subject to an IRS audit.

If you do these really simple things (that you should be doing anyway) then
1) you likely won’t be flagged for an audit, or
2) it will be the fastest and easiest audit because you have your s**t together!

Write offs are expenses in your business that qualify as tax deductions to help bring down your taxable income so you pay less in taxes. However not all business expenses qualify as deductible expenses (aka write offs).

Ask yourself these three questions to help figure out if the expense qualifies:
1️⃣- Is it a necessary purchase for your business?
2️⃣- It a standard expense on your industry
3️⃣- Is it used for business purposes only?

Be sure you understand business expenses and write off when you are a new business owner!
