Dear Community,
I wanted to announce a workshop that might be of interest to you led by Jason Luoma and myself on the legal and ethical risks involved in conducting psychedelic harm reduction and integration therapy. This workshop is oriented towards clinicians who are interested in doing this work and want to learn more about the potential risks (e.g. criminal, licensing board, etc) that are involved and steps they can take to mitigate those risks. This workshop is based on a paper that was just accepted for publication (which we will announce soon!) that involved extensive research and consultation with lawyers, ethical psychologists, etc. If you have any questions about the content of the workshop feel free to email me, but here is the information below.
