Curious what the market is doing? Here are some squiggly lines for you to wonder at. The beginning of the squiggles are Friday, Nov 12th. The end of the line is today. The pieces that peak my interest, and frankly my oy vey radar.. are median rent prices (ouch!!) and median list prices (oof!). Anyway you slice it.. it's just expensive to live here now. Honestly, though, I would so much rather own a home than rent. So much more freedom to find creative ways to get help paying the mortgage while having an asset that will likely continue to increase in value. I wish that for you.
