First time cleaning in over a year and a half!!!
135 felt heavyyyy, but it felt so good to be back at it!
A few months before pandemic I took a few lifting lifting lessons primarily focusing on the power clean and the squat to try and really dial in my form. I was making decent progress, feeling confident and strong and then the pandemic hit and I didn't touch a barbell for a year and a half 😂
But I'm back and I'm loving it!
