Portland Heavy Towing

Just for context this is a video I took today infront of my tow yrd.
This happens daily.
Tweekers aka drug addicted vandal thieves, damage anything and everything they can touch or get near.
This crack head decided to start a fire infront of my yrd by buring stolen mail, and other pieces of litter.
I wasn’t here when he did this so I don’t know how big the fire got but from the looks of it, he was cooking for sure.

They defecate on the street regularly, litter every where up and down the road and steel anything and everything not bolted down.

Cops will drive by and do nothing.
The city could care less. It falls in the property owners lap to clean it all up.

I am constantly outside picking up litter (usually opened mail or boxs stolen from the Home Depot down the road from here ) or hosing off human waste off the side walk , or cleaning graffiti off my building.

This is Portland Oregon. This is the normal around here.
