Of course the Buildright conference, hosted by the , kicked off on Earth Day last week 🌎
A couple takeaways that stuck with me:
Oregon’s upcoming energy code updates are set to shape how homes will be built in the future — in ways that will have a real impact.
And when it comes to marketing high-performance homes, the shift is clear: less sustainability buzzwords, more focus on real concerns like health, safety and resilience.

Structured content sounds technical. It’s mostly just good writing.
There are three main pillars to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) — which is how brands show up in AI answer engines.
Authority: The PR stuff: external mentions, credible sources and backlinks.
Relevance: Making sure your content aligns with the topics people are asking about.
Structure: How your onsite content is written so AI systems can interpret it.
In my latest blog post, I focus on structure, or what you may have heard called “structured content.”
The best way I can explain structured content is by simply thinking of it as good writing.
For AI systems to be able to find, interpret and surface your content, ideas must be written clearly and logically so machines can understand them— they are crawling huge amounts of information and trying to surface the most useful ideas.
In my next video I’ll share five tips for creating structured content.
If you don’t want to wait, the full breakdown is in my recent blog post: https://www.veracityagency.com/public-relations/structured-content-shapes-ai-answers/
Spoiler: there’s not much mystery to it. It’s mostly just good writing.
