I Crochet So Hard - Pretty and Practical Crochet Patterns

Finally finished with a Tunisian crochet baby blanket for a precious baby girl! My crochet projects take me much longer during tax season but it was all worth it. I learned the Tunisian crochet join as you go technique to accomplish this clean color block look. Video is by on YouTube. My daughter suggested a crochet shell stitch border, which gave balance to the straight stitches and squares. Anyone else a fan of the join as you go technique? 🧶

With some help from my mom, I created a lining for my Tunisian crochet Sonora Bag over Christmas break! It’s the first time I’ve had my sewing machine out since we moved in August of 2023 😬😂 I used fabric scraps that somewhat coordinated and I absolutely love the finished result.
