Duo Moves

****We're moving!*****

Heads up fam - I've been working on a big move that is taking us from NW Portland to St. Johns. It's a big undertaking and I'm looking forward to re-launching FFF once I have a chance to get settled.

I'm also scouting some spots for a new location. Look out for some updates in April when I will have a schedule with regular times, and also coming soon: EQUIPMENT!

If there's anything you'd like to see in some fun outdoor group exercise or a certain place you'd like to see them... let me know below!

This past year has been crazy! We've worked out in backyards, uneven parking lots, incredibly tiny apartments/spaces that are newly designated as exercise space. It is such a priority for me to be able to let our bodies be outside and expand our fitness energy!

My intention for these gatherings is to bring people together and have some fun outdoors. I've been missing community and being around people, so let's get together and feel alright!

All levels are welcome, and I'm looking forward to connecting with more of you and getting ourselves moving!
