Real talk today. My body hurts. Bad. I pushed play today because if I don’t move my body daily I will go into a cycle where I can’t workout and I can’t move. Meaning I cannot get out of bed for a long time. I have to walk very slow, I can’t be me. Fibromyalgia is a jerk. I’m doing all I can not to be on pain meds. I’m also trying to eliminate gluten because it does cause inflammation. I had gluten on Tuesday and I have been in horrible pain since. But I got up today and pushed play and I modified a lot but I feel better. I don’t workout because I’m addicted to it, It is something that gives me joy, and I feel good because I’m getting stronger. Do I want to lose weight yes, is it hard for me? Yes. I’m not eliminating carbs, or any foods except gluten. Which isn’t food. If you have things that are barriers for you, let’s chat.
