Tried something new and glad I did! Shelf stable canned bacon. The flavor is totally normal. The texture is a bit soft which would make it great on sandwiches! I plan try a light pre cook next time to see if that changes the texture at all. Mmmm bacon 🤤

Got the new shelves put up today. I’m very happy with how it came out. Still have room for about 200 or so more. Been a busy year
