We had such a good time supporting Do Good Multnomah's Ruck March on Memorial Day. We even had a chance to pass by the Thayer Family Foundation Veterans Clean & Sober Living Shelter. The Oregonian did a great article on the event.

Why hundreds of people strapped on heavy backpacks and marched through Portland on Memorial Day The iconic military tradition brought together veterans, union members and community supporters to raise money for Do Good Multnomah's shelter and housing programs that serve homeless veterans.

At the Thayer Family Foundation, our mission is simple: serving those who have served others. We want to honor those we've lost by continuing to assist the veterans in our community.

789 people found shelter through their Set-Aside Program
3,354 people accessed shelter across their 8 shelters
