TSA PreCheck is $78 & TWIC is $125.25. Passport Photos $14.07

We are booked out at least 10 days in advance but we do take walk in's.

Hours are Monday thru Friday 8a-1pm & 2p-5pm and Saturdays from 8a to 1pm.

We are located in the Village Park Office Building. We have posted a picture for you so you may locate it easily.

We are a walk-in location but you need to have an appointment made by calling 888-467-2080 or visiting https://uenroll.identogo.com/ for fingerprinting services. You will need a 6 figure service code that is provided to you from your employer, attorney, etc. Once you make an appointment (no matter what location it is at) you can walk-in to our office at any time Monday thru Friday 7:45am to 12pm and 1p to 6:45pm. You can even walk in the same day as long as it is during those times & days. The website or customer service does not allow for same day appointments to be set but if you walk in we can take it! (For instance, call today and your appointment is for tomorrow...get in your car & drive here. We will take care of you...easy peasy!) If you miss your appointment at any location or are running late, you can still come here with no need to reschedule because you are in the system. We provide the actual fingerprinting service. We are unable to see the status of your fingerprinting after you leave our office. Please call the 888 # for this information. Additionally, we do not accept cash and only accept credit/debit, checks and money orders. Money orders and checks have to be the exact amount due or will not be accepted. You may find this amount on your appointment email confirmation. There is no tax on anything but credit/debit payments.

We also provide other services such as passport photos & personal FBI checks with no appointment needed.

Lastly, the fingerprints at our location are digital. If you are in the Montgomery County area and need ink prints you can call the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office ID/Crime Lab Section. They are open 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and are located at 100 North Loop 336, Conroe, TX 77301. Book your appointment or contact them at (936) 522-4548 or email [email protected]. The fee for fingerprinting is $10 for up to 2 fingerprint cards and $5 for every card thereafter. You must have CASH, exact change preferred. The Identification Section cannot provide change or accept personal checks, so please go prepared.
