I love walking into a Post Remediation Verification inspection (PRV inspection) and the remediation team was prepped, prepared, and READY FOR ME TO BE THERE! 🔥‼️👌💯

This active roof leak has turned this drywall super funky! 😳 Can't wait to find out what type of mold we are dealing with here! Yikes!
