Prepped with Passion

Another week, another paycheck. That's what most people say or think. But another week for me? The possibility of being awake for 24 hours each Monday into Tuesday. The stress of getting as much completed in just 2-3 days as I can. The time, the communication, the preparation, etc.
But also... the gift of preparing delicious food for wonderful people. The opportunity to work on my own. The chance to feel accomplished for myself not someone else.
The struggle has been real this week, searching for another job to help sustain where my business lacks has been hard, no lie. But I will figure it out, I always do. And those clients who truly appreciate my food make it so worthwhile every week. It's never just a paycheck for me and I'm happy my peeps know that.
