Rotating D-Rings Bolt on Rotating D-Ring Tie Downs are a Patented system with a 12000lb WLL. Our D-Ring systems are made in the United States and Service Disabled Veteran owned. The base is 1/2" plate with a 3/8" plate attached to the top of it with a pin system that allows the plate to rotate. Attached to the 3/8" plate is a 5/8" forged D-Ring. The pin allows the D-Ring to rotate 360 degrees allowing the D-Ring to be pointing in the proper direction to insure the strongest possible holding.

The base is a 2" x 7" Square tube with a 3/8" plate attached to the top of it and a second 3/8" plate attached to the top of it with a pin system between the two that allows the top plate to rotate. Attached to the second 3/8" plate is a 5/8" forged D-Ring. The pin allows the D-Ring to rotate 360 degrees allowing the D-Ring to be pointing in the proper direction to insure the strongest possible holding point.
