🌟 Exciting changes are coming to Cedar Ridge Apartments! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share that our community has been selected to receive funding through HUD’s Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP), bringing new opportunities to enhance residents’ homes and quality of life.

These improvements may include upgrades that increase comfort, improve energy efficiency, enhance indoor air quality, strengthen resilience during severe weather, and help reduce utility costs over time. Most importantly, these investments are designed to create a healthier, more comfortable place to call home.

We’re actively engaging with residents to learn what matters most to them. Through meetings, surveys, and conversations, we’re gathering feedback to help ensure these investments make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
