While employed at the post office, I also served in the union as the vice president, craft director and steward.

Listen to me. You will not be able to rent a house in Savannah for less than $1500 very soon. A 3br will cost you $2000 minimum. So if you are concerned that a $1100 mortgage is too high, you'll pay for it later. And yes I understand that some cannot afford a $1100 mortgage. I wish I had a solution, outside of creating a side hustle to supplement your paycheck.

****Added a mortgage calculation for those that think you can't find an $1100 mortgage in Savannah. It's doable. Credit is gonna determine that rate.
