Despite the summer heat, our Walk N Talk crew showed up, laced up our shoes, and got in some healthy steps together. Every Wednesday is a reminder that improving our health doesn’t have to happen alone, it happens one conversation, one smile, and one step at a time.

In observance of Independence Day, all Honor Community Health locations will be closed on Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4.

Need care over the holiday? We've got you covered!

Our Oakland 360 Care Center will remain OPEN with normal clinic hours, so you don't have to wait until Monday to get the care you need.

Oakland 360 Care Center Hours:
Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM- 7:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 11:30 AM- 5:00 PM

Whether you're feeling under the weather, have a minor illness or injury, or simply can't wait until next week, our team is here to help.
