Is it just South Florida or is it everywhere? People asked for more money, we had to raise our rates like everyone else, but we now pay more than we ever have before. Still, no applicants. We bought company vehicles for our employees, still no applicants. We changed our ads to basically anyone that isnt on drugs, has a clean record, and doesnt have a criminal back ground.....still no applicants.
Where did all the workers go? Quality of work I see at other companies have gotten worse, restaurant prices have risen, yet service has gone down hill. Is everyone making a living off of Youtube and TikTok? Is it just in South Florida, or is it everywhere?
Does anyone have answers?

We are looking for CCTV / Alarm installation and service technicians. EXPERIENCE NOT NECESSARY
If you have a background in electrical then this is the perfect fit for you.
Job duties would include;
> Not afraid of heights
> Not afraid of attics
> Can climb ladders
> Can lift or pull wiring up to 75lbs of force
> Can work weekends or overnights
> Can travel over night up to 5 hours away
> Have a car you can use for work for up to 90 days
> Must have NO criminal record
> Must be able to pass a drug test
> Willing to learn and follow direction

Service CCTV installation and help install cctv installations. More experience you have the better. We do not train.
