He finally got the mortgage company to commit and issue the loan, and the family got to have their dream home without any compromise. Ilya's love for real estate ties to his understanding of the crucial role it plays in people's lives. Ilya studied Chemical Engineering in Russia before joining Baruch College in New York, where he studied Financial Engineering.
