We are proud to announce the promotion of Derek Gray to Service Account Manager, effective May 2026. Since joining the company in 2020 as a Billing Analyst, Derek has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence, advancing to Billing Supervisor and making a lasting impact through strong leadership, customer focus, and operational expertise. Prior to Sciens, Derek built valuable experience as a Product Operations Analyst in the SaaS industry, collaborating with customers, product teams, and operations to support fleet logistics software development.

Throughout his time at Sciens, Derek has played a key role in driving meaningful improvements across the organization, including leading the transition to 100% paperless invoicing, optimizing billing processes to improve efficiency, and helping ensure a seamless experience for some of Sciens’ largest customers during the D365 ERP migration. In his new role, Derek will continue strengthening customer relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and supporting long-term partnerships that contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our organization.
