That's the spirit behind The Impossible Design Challenge.

We brought together designers from different backgrounds and experiences and asked them to engage with problems that don't have easy answers. Not just to design interfaces but to navigate ambiguity, collaborate under pressure, and rethink what design leadership really looks like in practice.
