This week we would like to highlight 🌟Ty Hughes🌟
"Ty is one of the oldest original employees that started with Bratt Inc. He has been here for more than 25 years. Ty cares how he gets there. He follows rules, policies, and procedures. He is a great record keeper as far as keeping track of invoices. He is an overachiever, wants to give a good finished product to the owner ,and is always representing Stratton and Bratt core values.

"Alfonso started working with the company last year doing snow removal and was always on time and attentive to the task of removing ice and snow. We recently had him working out in Elko at the temple where he showed ownership of the work that he was doing by caring about the process that he was following everyday. Using a notebook to plan out what he was doing and ensure that it matched the plans that were provided to him. We are grateful to have him on our team."
