IPOV - INTERESTING POINT OF VIEW

The point of view take is always your choice.
Changing it to something different because it works better for you is also your choice
You don’t ever have to be stuck with the point of view you currently have - about anything

You have to first CHOOSE to function from interesting point of view, even if you don’t think you know how. Then, for every point of view you have, either positive or negative, you can say tom yourself, “Interesting Point of view I have that point of view” even if you don’t believe it.
Then wait a moment, see how the point of view changes, and then say again to yourself, “Interesting point of view I have that point of view”.

Would you be willing to use your new best friend, just try it out? If so, for every point of view you have, just say: That’s just an IPOV” until you don’t have a point of view anymore.
