Clark HS students had a blast at our annual Poetry Slam! Congratulations to all of the presenters–everyone did a fantastic job, and a special thanks to our judges (Ms. Provost, Ms. Benavidez, Mr. Kurdi, and Mr. O'neil). Mr. Kurdi and Mr. O'Neil (published poets) recited original poems for us as well. What a special treat!
Our top three finalists are:
1st place-Tiger Monahan with Lucky Hoodie
2nd place-Azure Shrewsbury with Mildew
3rd place-Kahlyn Loyd with Setting Sun
Also, congratulations to our honorable mentions: Manas Kulkarni, Sabine Michaels, and Delilah Apolito.
