One of the biggest housing bills in decades is becoming law today, and it has NO negative effects on almost any investors!

The landmark 21st Century Road to Housing Act aims to increase housing supply by reducing development barriers, expanding financing options, and placing new limits on large institutional investors purchasing single-family homes. For most individual real estate investors, these new restrictions are not expected to have a direct impact, but the broader push for increased housing supply and streamlined development could create new opportunities over the coming years.
