Despite record new construction, Dallas-Fort Worth held a solid 93.2% occupancy rate in 2024! 🔥 Value-add communities proved their strength offering good upgrades, competitive rents, and strong returns for investors. Demand remained high across the board, showing the market's resilience and continued appetite for well-positioned assets.
