c. & GE Management Co. are the family companies that have been established since the early 80’s and have brought a lot of knowledge and experience to ENGVEST. Born and raised in Dallas, Texas as an Asian American, his family roots date from Chinese immigrants since the late 1800’s to build railroads in the US. Eng, emigrated from Hong Kong in the mid 1950‘s where he later on established the real estate foundation for the Eng family. Growing up watching and learning from his father, Daniel gained an interest in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Management at an early age. Daniel graduated in 2001 from Franklin College Switzerland with a BA in International Banking and Finance and started his career & passion in Commercial Real Estate. He has served as Board of Trustee for his College for 3 years and is still active in the College’s Alumni Association. He currently serves as the Director of Commercial Real Estate for the Dallas AREAA Chapter , the Director for Dallas CCIM Cultural Diversity Chapter , serves on the IREM Membership committee , voted to serve on the City of Richardson’s Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors for 2011 and is an active member at Grace Chinese Baptist Church in Plano, TX. In 2008, Daniel earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and in 2010 he finished his CPM designation (Certified Property Manager). Daniel is a licensed Texas real estate broker and is a member of NTCAR, CCIM, IREM, ICSC, CoStar, Loopnet, CCIMRedex, STDB, MetroTex, CCAR, TAR, AAREA & etc. Daniel maintains an office in Plano, Texas at the Offices of Legacy Chase Oaks and manages an extensive portfolio of over 50 properties around the DFW area with about 1 million square feet of rentable space.
