These are some mind blowing charts if you ask me...๐ฑ๐คฏ๐คฏ
1. The average price per sqft in Collin county is up almost 10% in the last 2 years and 14% in Dallas County!! 14%!!!
2. A โbalancedโ market is 3 months of inventory. Weโre seeing all time lows under 1 month of inventory. Great time if youโre a seller with little to no competition.
3. Average Days On Market under 2 weeks... ๐คฏ๐คฏ Wanna sell your house in hours??
