Over the past few years we have been overwhelmed with calls from customers who tell us they are "unable to get warranty repairs" for certain brands. Many of these customers say they are "willing to pay for service" despite the fact the product is under the manufacturer's warranty. We cannot mention those brands here, but please, be sure, no matter what the brand, find out where you can obtain warranty service on your product. The best contact would be to call the manufacturer. If you get the "run-around", consider another brand. There are some very fancy brands (and some not) that are poorly supported after the sale. BEWARE. Be informed before you buy.
