I am a single mom to 2 humans and 1 canine. Lol.

My son is 23 and my daughter is 18.

Our dog Jax is a rescue and was found in an abandoned warehouse in Tennessee with his siblings and mom.

Good news is they all survived and were placed in loving homes.

I love to workout.

Competitive running races have always been my passion.

I train with weights and compete in international fitness competitions to keep myself accountable.

Walking on stage in a bikini and heels will keep anyone accountable, right? 🤣
