If your inspector doesnt use Thermal Imaging, hire one who does. Or better yet, call us.

Just because the listing says the deck is brand new. It doesn’t mean it was built right.

Just amazing on how they allow this to be ok from the installer. Prices of these homes are getting higher and higher but workmanship is get lower and lower.

This one had several issues. You still need to get an inspection. Found leaks in two of the bathrooms. You would think the plumbers would double check the plumbing drains for leaks, and debris in the floor drain.

Can’t make this up.
