At AFN, Family Support Partners (FSP) do more than connect families to resources.❤️
👂️ We listen.
😌 We understand.
🤝 We walk alongside parents and caregivers who may feel overwhelmed, judged, or alone.
A piece of our heart behind our work is lived experience - we are people who know what it feels like and are here to support families with compassion, dignity, and hope.
You don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

When a child is struggling, so much attention goes toward making sure they are safe, supported, and cared for.
But parents and caregivers need care too.
At Allegheny Family Network, we believe parents should not be left alone while they are trying to hold everything together for their family.
AFN is here to listen, support, connect, and walk alongside families with lived experience and real understanding.

There is nothing quite like seeing the joy these cakes and cupcakes bring. 💜
When Juno saw the cupcakes made just for her, she pointed and said, "ME!!!" For a child who is nonverbal and has been making small strides in speaking, it was a moment her family will never forget.
Thank you to Cake4Kids of Greater Pittsburgh and everyone involved in making Juno's special day a little sweeter. These aren't just cupcakes. They're moments of celebration, recognition, and pure joy. 🎂🧁✨
