My daughter is interested in art direction and shadowed me today for a class at Northgate High School. She got to participate in a broadcast shoot for Hefren-Tillotson and learn about all the jobs that go into making a successful TV spot. Here is her directorial debut! Thanks to Mark Fallone (director), Dick Roberts from Roberts Communications, Anita Harnish (producer), and the wonderful people at Hefren-Tillotson for a great day!

I clearly need to be better about my YBG social, and today seems like a good place to start! I'm very lucky to work with the Pittsburgh Botanic Garden, and today we created a fun display at an empty storefront in Robinson Mall. Check it out if you are out that way. It's currently located on the first floor right outside of Dick's Sporting Goods. Fantastic images by Scott Goldsmith Photography and printing by Print Management make my job so easy. But, I'd never dressed a mannequin before...that part = not so easy. (FYI, the arms fall off A LOT.)
