The PPP Cliff Notes: The Federal Response to business' that were forcibly shutdown was to require them to be open in order to have the money forgiven. Say what? In order to have your rent and utilities taken care of for 2 months you must allocate 75% of the funds towards payroll and not lose any employees or have the forgivable amount decreased. If it drops below 75% of previous average payroll costs from then it reduces the forgivable amount until you are eventually stuck with a loan paying a staff that would have most likely made more money on unemployment. Good deal of free labor and overhead for business' allowed to be open with good revenue and all their teams in tact, bad deal for business' forcibly shut down. Confused? So are the accountants and attorney's who got their applications in first, their big clients second and lastly everyone else who still thinks they got free money and will get stuck with massive debt due to the gotcha's in the bill. But any Congressman who didn't read it, ie all of them, will tell you how much money they got for small business and not realize the calamity coming down the road. I know because I tried to explain it to a Congressman and they couldn't follow. This was written by Editor in Chief Sal Molitierno. Sal was one of the first critics of the catch ridden PPP back when it first came out before any media coverage after studying it intensely with Attorney and CPA Mark J Kohler during one of his webinars.

The NBA cracked down on listed Heights this year. Many of our favorite players stayed the same and many lost an inch or two. This photo might be the best illustration of a player slipping through the cracks. Pau Gasol was listed at 7' now 7'1", Serge Ibaka 6'10" now 7' and Marc Gasol 7'1" now 6'11" 🤔😮🤣
