Our mission is to inspire eco-concious, cruelty-free and natural living by handcrafting products that people can feel good about having in their home and on their bodies. We hand-blend, pour, and label our candles in our Pittsburgh home studio using sustainable soy, phthalate-free perfume oils infused with essential oils, and cotton braided wicks. We pride ourselves on our inspired artisan-ship, ethical production, and accessible prices.

It all started when we were desperate for a pleasant smelling, chemical free aid in keeping insects away from guests on our wedding day, in the middle of the woods in the summer.
Truth be told, not a single wedding guest had a bug issue and we are confident that it was our awesome bug spray recipe that helped!
We’ve concocted a beautiful blend of insect-repelling essential oils, organic witch hazel extract and our favorite lavender water to allow you to be outdoors without worry.
This summer, we’ve also formulated a balm version. Packed full of the same insect-repelling ingredients (minus the liquids) to toss into your bag and be protected on the go.
A great option for touch-ups right where you want them or for coverage that won’t wash off as quickly if you’ll be around water.

It’s really starting to feel like summer (or l‘été) in Pittsburgh to kick off July.
