🎙️ What an incredible experience!

Our Apprenticeship Director, Lisa Conturo, had the honor of participating in the inaugural episode of the brand-new podcast "
Connecting the Workforce: NWPA's Best Kept Secret" organized by PA CareerLink Erie County/Oil Region, alongside our wonderful host Vera Kharkovskiy and valued apprenticeship partners, Northern Pennsylvania Regional College and VEKA North America - Quality Vinyl Products —the very first employer to launch our apprenticeship program with us.

It was a pleasure to sit down and have a meaningful conversation about our shared passion for workforce development. The episode highlights the power of Registered Apprenticeships, the importance of partnerships, and how collaboration can create opportunities for both employers and job seekers across Pennsylvania.

A special thank you to everyone who supported this project and helped shine a spotlight on the critical role apprenticeships and workforce partnerships play in building strong communities and career pathways.
