Seven years ago I/we lost a great friend Lou Lococo to the terrible thing that we call drug addiction! As I am sure, most of us have experienced or have known someone who has lost someone to addiction. In the few days (48 hours) after my friend passed away, I was able to write, record, distribute and press physical copies this song (including the artwork). We were able to give everyone who attended his service a CD in his memory. We played this song at his service and although it was a somber moment I thought and feel that this song was a beautiful gift for Lou, for Lou’s family and, for his friends. See music is timeless… there is no better gift in my honest opinion! Today is the 7 year anniversary of the passing of my friend. I please ask that you listen to this timeless gift/message and that you share it with your friends! For anyone who has lost a loved one to drug addiction, please share this song In their memory. Most Importantly… if you know someone who is currently struggling with addiction share this with them so that maybe the lyrics resonate with them and make them realize that they don't want to be the subject of another tribute song!
