The last of the new cheeses are coming in. Here are two goat cheeses with a twist from ! Try the lemon chèvre on graham crackers for a quick “cheesecake.” The Petite Pearls are soaked in olive oil with rosemary and peppercorns. Try them on crostini for an elegant appetizer.
