The beautiful Stephanie Hill, owner of High End Lounge, went from me showing her how to manage a $200 secured credit card BACK IN 2018, to now getting approved for WHATEVER, and I MEAN WHATEVER SHE WANT💯💯 That’s right… when I first started mentoring her, she did NOT even have a credit card nor understand how to properly use one. I told her we have to build her foundation first and allow time to have it's time.

But one thing about Stephanie… she was disciplined, coachable, focused, determined, resilient, fearless, RELENTLESS, and was so happy when her credit score increased SIX POINTS LOVED ONES💯‼️ Thats right. Her credit score only increased 6 points at first! She followed and applied EVERY single thing I told her to a "T," without excuses, distractions, or giving up when things got hard. She did not say, "It's taking too long, I been paying you and nothings getting deleted." She understood the assignment. She stayed consistent even when nobody saw the vision but her.

Today, I am crying and OVERLY proud to announce she now has:
• 14 mental health residential homes
• 2 adult training centers
• A veterans lodge
• A licensed bingo center
• High End bar/lounge
• Multiple residential & commercial properties
• Non-medical transportation services
• And she is currently renovating a 15-bed personal care home in Clairton PA
This is what happens when strategy meets obedience, sacrifice, consistency, long nights, faith, hard work, and ex*****on beyond your wildest dreams! And guess what Loved Ones, she was referred to me by a loan officer at a bank💯 I'm not going to say the name but they saw what me and my team was doing for the comm-Unity, and told her, she needed to get with me💯.. WHEWWW baby! GOD is so good!

Nooooooooooo‼️THIS TOOK YEARS of "BUILD"-ing, learning, leveraging credit properly, making sacrifices, and refusing to quit.

At first, Stephanie was so appreciative for her CREDIT SCORE INCREASING 6 POINTS💯...... to now, EIGHT YEARS LATER, she is in the 800's and the banks are COMPETING to give her money.
